研究目的：

本研究拟在抑郁症患者中应用基于慈心冥想的心理干预，并观察该方案是否可改变个体情绪调节能力，提升社会支持，降低抑郁水平。同时，我们拟观察干预方案对个体免疫功能以及对大脑奖赏环路结构和功能变化的影响，以探讨基于慈心冥想的心理干预对抑郁起作用的心理、生理、神经机制。

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to apply psychological intervention based on compassionate meditation in patients with depression, and observe whether this program can change the individual's ability of emotional regulation, improve social support and reduce the level of depression. At the same time, we intend to observe the effects of intervention on individual immune function and on the structure and function of brain reward loop, in order to explore the psychological, physiological and neural mechanism of psychological intervention based on compassionate meditation on depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.酒精依赖、药物依赖；
2.双相障碍、合并其他类型严重精神疾病；
3.严重躯体疾病、外伤；
4.核磁禁忌症：幽闭恐惧症或体内有植入电子设备、金属者；
5.有严重自杀倾向者；
6.妊娠或哺乳期的妇女；
7.既往进行过任何形式的冥想训练。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mental disorders caused by substance abuse (alcohol, drugs);
2. Bipolar disorder, combined with other types of severe mental illness;
3. Severe physical disease;
4. Nuclear magnetic contraindications: claustrophobia or people with implanted electronic devices or metal in the body;
5. Serious suicidal tendencies;
6. Pregnant or lactating women;
7. Have had any form of meditation training in the past.
