研究目的：

明确经皮穴位电刺激对丙泊酚麻醉后低血压并发症治疗的疗效, 观察穴位电刺激对于丙泊酚麻醉后低血压常见并发症方面的改善和治疗作用，同时记录不良反应，评价该治疗方法的可行性和安全性。探究经皮穴位电刺激疗法对丙泊酚麻醉后低血压的影响，把中医和使用丙泊酚麻醉的无痛门诊检查有机结合，既提高门诊检查安全度，也拓宽了中医医疗宽度；把中医的传统疗法纳入无痛门诊检查中，二者相辅相成 , 相得益彰。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the efficacy of percutaneous electric stimulation on the treatment of hypotension complications after propofol anesthesia, observe the improvement and treatment effect of electric stimulation on the common complications of hypotension after propofol anesthesia, and record the adverse reactions to evaluate the feasibility and safety of the treatment method. To explore the effect of percutaneous electric stimulation on hypotension after propofol anesthesia, and to combine traditional Chinese medicine with painless outpatient examination using propofol anesthesia, which not only improves the safety of outpatient examination, but also broadens the width of traditional Chinese medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine therapy is included in the painless outpatient examination.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 有药物过敏史、神经麻痹症史者；
（2） 静脉套管针置管困难者；
（3） 无法提供知情同意及语言交流困难者；
（4） 预先评估为困难气管插管者；
（5） 局部有静脉炎及血栓症者；
（6） 长期服用镇静药及镇痛药或高血压药者
（7） 胃食管反流患者
（8） 吸食毒品者
（9） 心、肝、肾、肺功能不全者
（10） 检查前发生低血糖、晕针休克者及其他原因不能配合本研究者
（11） 心脏起搏器术后或心脏支架置入的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with a history of drug allergy or nerve paralysis;
2. patients with difficulty in intravenous trocar catheterization;
3. unable to provide informed consent and language communication difficulties;
4. patients with difficult endotracheal intubation were evaluated in advance;
5. local phlebitis and thrombosis;
6. long-term use of sedatives, analgesics or hypertension drugs;
7. patients with gastroesophageal reflux;
8. drug users;
9. patients with heart, liver, kidney and lung dysfunction;
10. patients with hypoglycemia, acupuncture shock and other reasons before examination could not cooperate with this study;
11. patients after cardiac pacemaker surgery or heart stent placement.
