研究目的：

分析术中患者低体温的危险因素，构建具有良好预测功能的评估量表并进行验证，为临床进一步精准化实施预防措施提供可靠依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Evidence-based medicine was used to analyze the risk factors of intraoperative hypothermia in patients, and an prediction scale with good predictive function was constructed and validated to provide a reliable basis for further accurate implementation of preventive measures.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）具有体温调节障碍或代谢异常疾病；
（2）术中需主动降温的外科手术；
（3）研究对象包括<18 岁的手术患者；
（4）研究内容包含术后低体温；
（5）术中采取主动特殊干预体温的措施；
（6）原始数据无法得到转化及应用。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) with thermoregulatory disorders or metabolic abnormalities; (2) surgical procedures requiring active cooling during surgery; (3) subjects including <18 years old surgical patients; (4) study content including postoperative hypothermia;(5)In the operation, measures to take the initiative to specifically intervene in body temperature; (6) raw data cannot be transformed and applied.
