研究目的：

1）通过对便秘患者进行为期6个月的随机双盲对照干预试验，探索Sn-2棕榈酸酯对成年人便秘的改善作用及该棕榈酸酯作用后对成年人肠道菌群产生的影响。 2）通过对中老年人群进行为期6个月的随机双盲对照干预试验，探索Sn-2棕榈酸酯对中老年人群骨健康的改善作用，同时观察试验组与对照组间骨代谢指标的差异，全面探讨Sn-2棕榈酸酯对中老年人群骨健康的影响。 3）通过代谢组学、肠道微生物组学、血液代谢指标等，拟合数据模型，全面探讨Sn-2棕榈酸酯改善中老年人群便秘、骨健康的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Through a 6-month randomized double-blind controlled intervention trial on constipation patients, explore the improvement effect of Sn-2 palmitate on adult constipation and the effect of palmitate on adult intestinal flora . 2) Through a 6-month randomized double-blind controlled intervention trial in the middle-aged and elderly people, explore the effect of Sn-2 palmitate on the bone health of the middle-aged and elderly people, and observe the difference in bone metabolism indicators between the experimental group and the control group , To comprehensively explore the effect of Sn-2 palmitate on the bone health of middle-aged and elderly people. 3) Fitting data models through metabolomics, intestinal microbiome, blood metabolism indicators, etc., comprehensively explore the mechanism of Sn-2 palmitate in improving constipation and bone health in middle-aged and elderly people.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重代谢性疾病；慢性肠道炎症者；
2.近两周内服用VD，钙补充剂，益生菌类产品，通便药剂者；
3.近一个月服用SN-2棕榈酸酯相关产品者；
4.曾做过肠道及肛门手术者，已经受过便秘药物治疗无效者；
5.焦虑或精神障碍；
6.对试验用干预蛋白粉可能过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe metabolic disease or chronic intestinal inflammation;
2. Those who took VD, calcium supplements, probiotic products and laxatives in the past two weeks;
3. Those who took SN-2 palmitate related products in the past month;
4. Those who have had intestinal and anal surgery, and who have been treated with constipation drugs but did not work;
5. Anxiety or mental disorder;
6. Those who may be allergic to the experimental intervention protein powder.
