研究目的：

通过比较瑞芬太尼或舒芬太尼与依托咪酯静脉诱导后低血压的发生率，探索更适合老年患者全麻诱导需要的理想药物。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of introvenous remifentanil and sufentanil with etomidate on the incidence of hypotension after induction in elderly patients under general anesthesia and to seek the more appropriate induction ansthetic drugs in elderly patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 对丙泊酚、依托咪酯或其它本研究用药过敏者；
2. 近期有呼吸系统感染、哮喘等肺疾患的患者；
3. 严重肝肾功能障碍患者；
4. 颈动脉中重度狭窄患者；
5. 严重窦缓（HR<50次/分）及二度II型房室传导阻滞。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Anaphylaxis to propofol, etomidate or other drugs used in this study;
2. Patients with respiratory system infection, asthma and other lung diseases;
3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
4. Patients with moderate and severe carotid artery stenosis;
5. Severe sinus bradycardia (HR <50 beats/ min) and second degree atrioventricular block.

本试验将指将由计算机软件进行随机分组，详细分组表由海军军医大学统计教研室叶小飞教授提供。叶小飞教授不参与具体试验，只负责随机分组和数据统计。

Random number tables were generated by the computer software and they were provided by Professor Ye Xiaofei, Department of Statistics, Naval military Medical University. Professor Ye Xiaofei will not participate in specific experiments.

盲法：

双盲：对患者和数据采集人员采用盲法，实施麻醉者不采用盲法。应用计算机软件分为两组。术前A医生访视签字不告知患者具体分组，B医生负责临床麻醉用“药”，C医生负责记录血流动力学参数及其他相关数据，所有数据汇总后交由专职统计人员处理。

Blinding：

Double blindness: Blind methods will be used for patients and data collectors, and blind methods will not be used for anesthesiologists. Patients will be divided into two groups. Before operation, Dr. A does not inform the patients of the specific grouping, Dr. B is responsible for clinical anesthetic "drugs", Dr. C will be responsible for recording hemodynamic parameters and other related data, and all the data will be collected and handed over to full-time statisticians.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

全麻诱导过程用数码相机全程录像，然后根据每个视频形成一份病历记录表CRF的数据。
