研究目的：

通过治疗性生活方式干预，评价“生活方式干预进行体重管理”方案应用实施的效果，评估体检筛查的糖尿病，高血压1级，以及两者兼之的患者脂肪肝糖尿病，高血压缓解率，为医共体慢病管理决策提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of weight loss with lifestyle interventions on the remission of type 2 diabetes and/or grade I hypertension in overweight/obese patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, and provide the scientific evidence for the management of chronic diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）在参加此研究期间，服用针对2型糖尿病、高血压的治疗药物；
（2）糖尿病 “三多一少” 明显者或空腹血糖≥15mmol/L，或有糖尿病并发症或合并症。
（3）1型糖尿病；
（4）继发性高血压；
（5）其他原因引起的超重或肥胖者；
（6）合并其他严重疾病或并发症，无法判断治疗效果者；
（7）不愿服从试验治疗方案者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with medicine for treatment of T2D or hypertention during the study;
2. Patients with typical symptoms of diabetes, or fasting glucose >=15mmol/L, or diabetes complications
3. Patients with type 1 diabetes;
4. Patients with secondary hypertension;
5. Patients with secondary obesity;
6. Patients with severe diseases or complications;
7. Patients who are unwiling to comply with the treatment.
