研究目的：

①检测糖尿病周围神经病变引起的步态异常；②制定步态和症状评分系统；③评估该步态和症状评分系统对筛查糖尿病周围神经病变的临床意义（灵敏度，特异度和阳性似然比）。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To detect and measure gait patterns and abnormalities in Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN); 2. To propose a new quantitative Gait Scoring System to screen DPN; 3. To assess the diagnostic value of using ear-worn sensor for gait analysis in the screening of DPN.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）躯干与下肢近端非对称性神经病；2）周围血管疾病（足部溃疡、间歇性跛行）；3）肌肉病变；4）除糖尿病和神经系统疾病以外疾病引起的神经病变；5）患有严重并发疾病；6）妊娠期妇女

Exclusion criteria：

1. asymmetrical neuropathy of the trunk and proximal lower limbs;
2. peripheral vascular disease (non-palpable foot ulcers, intermittent claudication);
3. myopathy;
4. causes of neuropathy other than diabetes and significant neurological diseases;
5. severe concomitant diseases, and
6. pregnancy.
