研究目的：

1.验证远程康复训练与评估系统对脑卒中引起的肢体运动功能障碍康复评估的有效性及安全性。 2.验证远程康复训练与评估系统评估与人工Fugl-meyer量表、Brunnstrom量表评估的一致性。 3.验证远程康复训练与评估系统在“社区－家庭”康复中的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify the effectiveness and safety of remote rehabilitation training and evaluation system for the rehabilitation assessment of stroke induced limb motor dysfunction; 2. Verify the consistency between the evaluation of remote rehabilitation training and evaluation system and the evaluation of artificial Fugl Meyer scale and Brunnstrom scale; 3. To verify the effectiveness of remote rehabilitation training and evaluation system in "community family" rehabilitation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.显著认知障碍以致不能完成Fugl-Meyer量表的测定；偏瘫运动功能评价Brunnstrom量表分级I-II期；
2.其它显著的肢体病损如：骨折，严重的关节炎，截肢等；
3.肢体关节挛缩形成；
4.法律规定的残疾患者（盲、聋、哑、智力障碍、精神障碍、肢体残疾）；
5.合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患者；
6.育龄期女性尿妊娠检查结果阳性者；
7.通过实验室检查和心电图检查，经研究者判断不能入组者；
8.筛选前3个月内参加过其它药物/器械临床试验者；
9.研究者认为不宜参与本试验的其它情况者。
10.体内携带金属仪器者，如心脏起搏器等者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Significant cognitive impairment that can not complete the measurement of Fugl Meyer scale; motor function evaluation of hemiplegia Brunnstrom scale grade I-II;
2. Other significant limb diseases such as fracture, severe arthritis, amputation, etc;
3. The formation of limb joint contracture;
4. The disabled patients (blind, deaf, dumb, mental disorder, mental disorder, physical disability) as prescribed by law;
5. Patients with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases and psychosis;
6. Women of childbearing age with positive urine pregnancy test results;
7. Those who can not be included in the group according to the researcher's judgment through laboratory examination and ECG examination;
8. Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs / devices within 3 months before screening;
9. Other conditions that the researcher thinks are not suitable for participating in the experiment;
10. Those with metal instruments in the body, such as pacemakers.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

试验开始之前，临床康复医生对每名实验对象的肢体运动功能进行评估，待实验结束后，再次进行评估，并记录于病例评估表。试验期间，社区医生定期通过云平台网站和远程视频诊疗系统为脑卒中患者提供训练指导并根据患者康复训练情况，开具新的运动处方，病人信息记录于怡家康复网站。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Before the beginning of the experiment, clinical rehabilitation doctors assessed the limb motor function of each subject. After the end of the experiment, they assessed the limb motor function again and recorded it in the case evaluation table. During the experiment, community doctors regularly provided training guidance for stroke patients through cloud platform website and remote video diagnosis and treatment system, and issued new exercise prescriptions according to patients'rehabilitation training. Patient information was recorded on Yijia rehabilitation website.
