研究目的：

本研究主要探討慢性阻塞性肺疾病病患接受整體性身體運動方案對促發炎與抗發炎反應之相關性與訊息傳遞路徑，同時進行日常生活活動量、急性發作、血氧飽和度與生活品質的調查與分析，來協助慢性阻塞性肺疾病病患養成適當安全的運動習慣，預防不當的運動造成傷害，甚而增加生活品質；並達到健康促進目標，以作為未來慢性阻塞性肺疾病病患照護介入計畫之重要指標。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focused on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients receiving holistic correlation between physical exercise programs on pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory responses and signaling pathways, and daily life activity, acute, oxygen saturation and quality of life investigation and analysis, to help patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease develop appropriate security exercise habits to prevent undue harm caused by the movement, and even increase the quality of life; and achieve health promotion goals, the future of patient care as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease intervention an important indicator of the plan.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.過去三個月曾有急性感染或正處於急性發作的狀態。
2.合併有神經肌肉功能的障礙，如肢體偏癱或無獨立行走功能
3.合併有嚴重心臟疾病，如急性心肌梗塞(acute myocardiac infarction)、嚴重心律不整(arrhythmia)或心衰竭(heart failure)等
4.被診斷有嚴重心智功能障礙，如失智症(dementia)或無法配合者

Exclusion criteria：

1. in the past three months had an acute infection or are in a state of acute attacks;
2. associated with neuromuscular function disorders such as hemiplegia or no independent walking function;
3. with severe heart disease, such as acute myocardial infarction (acute myocardiac infarction), serious arrhythmia (arrhythmia) or heart failure (heart failure), etc.;
4. was diagnosed with severe mental disorders, such as dementia (dementia) or can not meet those.
