研究目的：

1 构建基于虚拟仿真技术的临床实习护生技能教学模式。 2 激发临床实习护生学习兴趣，提升自主学习能力。 3 强化实习护生临床护理操作技能、培养思维能力和临床综合能力。 4 整合和优化护理教育信息资源，促进护理实践教学向网络化、智能化、互动化方向发展。 5 强化临床护理技能教学的师资队伍建设。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct a teaching model of clinical nursing students'skills based on virtual simulation technology. 2. To stimulate the learning interest of clinical nursing students and enhance their self-learning ability. 3. Strengthen the practical nursing students'clinical nursing operation skills, train their thinking ability and clinical comprehensive ability. 4. Integrating and optimizing nursing education information resources to promote the development of nursing practice teaching towards networking, intellectualization and interaction. 5. Strengthen the construction of teaching staff of clinical nursing skills.
