研究目的：

探索较优的低剂量脑CTP+头颈CTA联合检查的扫描方案及其在缺血性脑疾病诊断及评估方面的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the more optimal low-dose scanning scheme of combined examination of brain CTP with head and neck CTA and its value in the diagnosis and evaluation of cerebral ischemic diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
2.甲亢、碘对比剂过敏、严重肝肾功能不全、先天性颅脑疾病或既往有颅脑手术史的患者；
3.精神疾病、无法配合研究等的患者；
4.资料不全、无法判断安全性的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women;
2. Patients with hyperthyroidism, iodine contrast sensitivity, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, congenital brain disease or previous craniocerebral operation history;
3. Patients with mental illness, inability to cooperate with research, etc.;
4. Patients with incomplete data and unable to judge safety.
