探索消化道穿孔并急性弥漫性腹膜炎患者发生死亡的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Risk factors for death in patients with gastrointestinal perforation and acute diffuse peritonitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

病人均在排除手术禁忌后行外科手术治疗，常规选用抗生素，术后予以液体管理维持生命体征稳定，同时给予以营养支持治疗，必要时给予胃肠减压、输血、补充白蛋白、换药等方式对症支持治疗。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

All patients underwent surgical treatment after excluding surgical contraindications. Antibiotics were routinely used. Postoperative fluid management was used to maintain vital signs, and nutritional support was given. If necessary, gastrointestinal decompression, blood transfusion, albumin supplementation, dressing change, etc. Way symptomatic support treatment. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并恶性肿瘤、结核、慢性肾功能不全、胆漏、腹部外伤、免疫缺陷及胰腺炎患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with malignant tumors, tuberculosis, chronic renal insufficiency, bile leakage, abdominal trauma, immunodeficiency and pancreatitis.
