研究目的：

验证北京博辉瑞进生物科技有限公司生产的口腔护创膜在口腔软组织缺损修复的安全性、有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the safety and effectiveness of the oral repair patch produced by Beijing BoPfizer Biotech Co., Ltd. in the repair of oral soft tissue defects

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）排除全身及局部禁忌症；
（2）不能耐受手术的患者；
（3）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（4）过敏体质人群，特别是对猪源材料过敏者；
（5）空腹血糖≥8.8mmol/L或餐后2h血糖≥11.1mmol/L的患者；
（6）肝、肾功能检查有异常者（TB、ALT、AST、ALP大于正常值上限1.5倍，Cr大于正常值）；
（7）筛选前4周内接受放疗的患者；
（8）缺损部位有急性感染者；
（9）3个月内参加过其他临床试验者；
（10）研究者认为不适宜入选的其他情况者.

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With systemic and local contraindications;
(2) Patients who are not tolerant of the procedure;
(3) Pregnant or breast-feeding women;
(4) an allergic constitution group, in particular to a pig source material;
(5) The fasting blood glucose was 8.8 mmol/ L or 2 hours after the meal, the blood glucose was 11.1 mmol/ L.
(6) The liver and renal function were abnormal (TB, ALT, AST, ALP was 1.5 times higher than the upper limit and Cr was above normal);
(7) Patients who received radiotherapy within 4 weeks before screening;
(8) With an acute infection in the defect area;
(9) Other clinical trials have been attended within 3 months;
(10) Other cases considered unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
