研究目的：

本研究目的在于探究外周与中枢重复磁刺激联合的治疗模式，对脑卒中患者肢体运动功能障碍的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the effection of combined peripheral and transcranial repetitive magnetic stimulation for limb motor dysfunction in stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）颅内金属植入物、心脏起搏器植入史等重复磁刺激禁忌；
（2）既往癫痫病史；
（3）合并有严重的心肺疾病、肝肾衰竭或恶性肿瘤等疾病；
（4）妊娠状态。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Repetitive magnetic stimulation contraindications such as intracranial metal implants, cardiac pacemaker implantation history;
(2) History of previous epilepsy;
(3) A history of serious lung and heart diseases, liver and renal failure diseases or malignant tumors;
(4) Pregnancy status.

Eligible patients were randomly assigned to two groups by random selection of opaque sealed envelopes for consecutive patients from a box of 40 envelopes. Each envelope contained a number by a random allocation process using a computer-generated random block design.
