研究目的：

使用增强CT测量的细胞外体积分数（ECV）在化疗前后心肌组织中的变化情况探讨评价蒽环类药物化疗对乳腺癌患者的心肌损伤的影像学指标

Objectives of Study：

1. Changes in extracellular volume fraction (ECV) measured by enhanced CT in myocardial tissue before and after chemotherapy; 2. To explore the imaging index of evaluation of myocardial injury in patients with breast cancer treated with anthracycline chemotherapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）既往有其他肿瘤病史；
（2）既往接受过其他抗肿瘤治疗；
（3）既往有高血压及糖尿病等基本病史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of other cancers;
(2) Previously received other anti-tumor treatments;
(3) Previous basic medical history such as hypertension and diabetes.
