研究目的：

探索芦可替尼预防异基因造血干细胞移植后急性移植物抗宿主病的可行性、使用时间，同时了解其有效性、安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility and use time of ruxolitinib in preventing acute graft-versus-host disease after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and to understand its efficacy and safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.在过去1年内接受过造血干细胞移植；
2.入组前已发生GVHD；
3.存在不受控制的活动性感染，包括需要治疗的显著细菌、真菌、病毒或寄生虫感染；
4.活动性病毒感染（经外周血病毒载量测定证实）的证据，包括 CMV、EBV、HBV 或 HCV、HIV；
5.活动性结核病的证据；
6.严重呼吸系统疾病；
7.患有精神疾患不能配合研究治疗和监测的要求；
8.妊娠的患者或在治疗期间不能采取恰当避孕措施的患者；
9.已知对芦可替尼中任一成分过敏者；
10.存在严重肾功能损害，定义为血清肌酐 > 2 mg/dL；
11.临床显著或未得到控制的心脏病；
12.胆汁淤积性疾病，或未缓解的肝窦梗阻综合征/肝脏静脉闭塞性疾病；
13.研究者认为不适合入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation within the past 1 year;
2. GVHD has occurred before enrollment;
3. There is an uncontrolled active infection, including a significant bacterial, fungal, viral or parasitic infection requiring treatment;
4. Evidence of active viral infection (confirmed by peripheral blood viral load assay), including CMV, EBV, HBV or HCV, HIV;
5. Evidence of active tuberculosis;
6. Severe respiratory disease;
7. Suffering from mental disorders and unable to cooperate with the requirements of research treatment and monitoring;
8. Pregnant patients or patients who cannot take appropriate contraceptive measures during treatment;
9. Those who are known to be allergic to any component of ruxolitinib;
10. There is severe renal impairment, defined as serum creatinine > 2 mg/dL;
11. Clinically significant or uncontrolled heart disease;
12. Cholestatic disease, or unrelieved hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome/hepatic veno-occlusive disease;
13. Those who are deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
