研究目的：

评估红花黄色素作为干预手段，治疗严重脓毒症和脓毒性休克的临床效果，提高红花黄色素对本病的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of the safflor yellow as the intervention in the treatment of severe sepsis and septic shock and to increase the prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：①低血容量性休克和心源性休克，分布性休克，梗阻性休克。
②妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。
③对方案中使用的药物红花黄色素过敏者。
④目前正在参加其他药物研究者。
⑤合并有肝肾、造血系统、内分泌系统等严重疾病患者。
⑥凝血系统功能障碍，有出血倾向者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hypovolemic shock, cardiogenic shock, distributive shock and obstructive shock;
2. pregnant or lactating women;
3. Patient is allergic to safflower yellow;
4. Patient is currently in other medical research;
5. The patients with serious diseases of liver and kidney, hematopoietic system endocrine system;
6. Coagulation disorders, bleeding tendency.
