研究目的：

了解包括平衡和步行训练、抗阻力训练在内的综合运动训练对SARC-F诊断为肌少症的中国老人的活动能力及生活质量的改善作用；了解综合运动训练对不同SARC-F评分老人活动能力改善的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine the effect of comprehensive exercise training on Chinese elderly with SARC-F questionaire defined sarcopenia; To compare the effect of exercise training and the subjects compliance in elderly with different SARC-F score.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 内科疾病急性期（比如急性器官功能不全、感染、围手术期、影响康复训练的急性疼痛或慢性疼痛急性加重期）；
2. 心肺功能严重受损，室内步行也气紧；
3. 周围动脉疾病引起的间歇性跛行或影响行动的疼痛;
4. 影响活动能力的中枢神经或周围神经系统疾病(比如中风,脊髓疾病,运动神经元病等所致的偏瘫,局部肢体活动障碍等);
5. 帕金森病;
6. 由创伤或手术截肢后肢体缺损引起的行动障碍;
7. 痴呆患者;
8. 恶病质患者;
9. 存在其它医生认为不能参加本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with acute illness or rapid worsening of chronic diseases;
2. Those who suffer from moderate or more serious impared heart and lung function;
3. Those suffering from intermittent claudication or pains;
4. Those with paralysis in any of the arms or lower limbs caused by stroke, spinal diseases and motor neuron diseases;
5. Those suffering from parkinson disease;
6. Those with defect of legs;
7. Those with Dementia;
8. Those with cachexia;
9. Those who are thouhgt not suitable for the trial by doctors.
