Objectives of Study：

Efficacy and safety of R2-CHOP for previously untreated diffuse large B cell lymphoma with bulky disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠、哺乳期女性和不愿采取避孕措施的育龄患者。
2.有血栓、栓塞、脑梗塞等疾病或病史的患者。
3.肝功能异常（总胆红素>正常值的1.5倍，ALT/AST >正常值2.5倍或肝受侵患者ALT/AST > 正常值5倍）、肾功能异常（血清肌酐 >正常值1.5倍）。
4.除外淋巴瘤骨髓浸润以外的中性粒细胞绝对计数< 1.0 x 10^9/L 或血小板计数 <50 x 10^9/L。
5.伴有显著且未受控制的心血管疾病。
6.伴有精神障碍者/无法获得知情同意者。
7.淋巴瘤浸润中枢神经系统者。
8.既往有恶性肿瘤病史。
9.已知的人类免疫缺陷病毒感染史。
10.其它研究者判定不适合参加本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women during pregnancy or lactation, or fertile patients who are not willing to take contraceptive measures;
2. History of embolism, thrombosis, or cerebral infraction;
3. Hepatic dysfunction with total bilirubin>1.5 times of normal maximum, AST /ALT>2.5 times of normal maximum, or AST/ALT>5 times of normal maximum or renal dysfunction with creatinin>1.5 times of normal maximum;
4. Neutrophils <1.0 x 10^9/L or platelets <50 x 10^9/L, unless related to bone marrow infiltration;
5. Severe and uncontrolled cardiovascular disease;
6. With mental disorders, or those who could not sign the written consent;
7. With central nervous system lymphoma;
8. Any other histological type of cancer;
9. History of HIV infection;
10. Other conditions that investigators consider inappropriate to join this trial.
