研究目的：

“综合性麻醉管理”是通过不同的麻醉管理方法，减轻手术性应激反应，使手术期间患者的组织脏器功能趋于正常生理状态。本实验通过对“综合性麻醉管理”与“传统麻醉管理”两种麻醉管理方法术后患者近/远期并发症的观察，以期探索麻醉方式方法对老年患者术后恢复、远期生存率及生活质量的影响，从而规范老年患者的麻醉管理。

Objectives of Study：

"Combined anesthetic management" is to alleviate surgical stress and maintain the function of tissues and organs at normal physiological state.The aim of this study is to observe the effect on postoperative short/long-term recovery of elderly patients through different anesthetic management,and eventually lead to a standardized management for them.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）近期接受心脏、颈动脉、神经系统手术；
2）既往精神疾病病史；
3）拟行手术为姑息性治疗；
4）服用抗抑郁或抗焦虑药物等精神类药品。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recent cardiac, carotid artery, neurological surgery;
2. Palliative surgery;
3. Past history of mental disorder;
4. Taking psychotropic drugs.
