研究目的：

旨在观察不同速率输注瑞芬太尼是否会降低使脑电双频指数（ Bispectral Index （BIS）≤50的丙泊酚EC50（半数有效浓度）值。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to observe whether remifentanil infusion at different rates could decrease the EC50 (half effective concentration) of propofol, which made the bispectral index (BIS) less than 50.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

需清醒气管插管或快速诱导麻醉者、低血容量者、哺乳期妇女、近期使用过阿片类、苯二氮卓类或抗惊厥药物者、酗酒、肥胖（体重指数>30）以及对蛋类过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

Anesthesia requiring conscious tracheal intubation or rapid induction, hypovolemia, lactating women, recent opioids, benzodiazepines or anticonvulsants, alcoholism, obesity (body mass index > 30) and egg allergies.
