研究目的：

瑞芬太尼维持麻醉对胆囊切除术患者拔管期呛咳反应的效应室浓度测定(EC50及EC95)，为其应用于全身麻醉苏醒期拔管管理提供可靠依据和合适的药物浓度。  

Objectives of Study：

The effect room concentration (EC50 and ec95) of remifentanil on cough response during extubation was measured to provide reliable basis and appropriate drug concentration for the application of remifentanil in extubation management of general anesthesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

已知有瑞芬太尼或本研究中其他用药过敏者；近期有呼吸系统感染、慢性咳嗽、哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾患；可以预测困难插管；正在用镇咳药；酒精和药物成瘾者；明显心、肝肾疾患者；胃食管反流者；吸烟患者(术前吸烟连续6个月且大于5支/天)。

Exclusion criteria：

Anaphylaxis with remifentanil or other drugs in this study is known; recent respiratory infections, chronic cough, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; predictable difficult intubation; ongoing use of antitussive drugs; alcoholic and drug addicts; patients with obvious heart, liver and kidney diseases; gastroesophageal reflux; smokers (6 consecutive pre-operative smoking) Months and more than 5 branches per day.
