研究目的：

本研究通过对糖尿病及糖尿病前期患者一对一的访谈，收集患者的疾病基本信息、MNT及运动相关信息，关注患者对MNT教育的理解程度、顾虑及执行现状，旨在帮助糖尿病及糖尿病前期患者制定切实可行的MNT方案；同时结合患者治疗现状及血糖控制情况，探索在不同疾病治疗方式下，其与MNT执行情况之间可能的关联性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study collected the basic information, MNT and exercise –related data of pre-diabetic and diabetic patients and investigated patients' understanding on MNT education and status of MNT execution via one-on-one interview. This study was designed to conduct an appropriate MNT program for pre-diabetic and diabetic patients. Also, this study was to explore the potential correlation between patients' conditions and MNT execution.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)年龄 < 18岁；
2)因身体或心理原因无法配合调查者；
3)拒绝参与调查的住院患者；
4)无法由本人或法定代理人签署知情同意书者；
5)研究者认为不适宜参加调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age younger than 18 years old;
2. Unable to cooperate with investigators due to physical or psychological reasons;
3. Refuse to participate in the study and hospitalization patients;
4. Cannot sign the informed consent form by himself/herself or legal representative;
5). The investigators think that patients may not be suitable for participating in the study.
