研究目的：

本前瞻性、非随机、长期临床试验旨在通过静息状态和任务态的3.0T BOLD-fMRI评估间歇性外斜视患者在术前和术后的视觉皮层结构和功能变化，并比较3年随访期间各时间节点的变化。在研究期间还将比较一般眼科情况、斜视专科检查、双眼视觉功能检查和Newcastle控制评分。

Objectives of Study：

The current prospective, non-randomized, longitudinal clinical trial is designed to evaluatethe structural and functional changes of the visual cortex through rest-state and task-based 3.0T BOLD-fMRI during pre- and post- IXT operation, and compare the changes in each time-point during 3 years follow-up. Other changes will also be compared over the study period, including general ophthalmic examinations, optometry examinations, strabismus specialized examinations, binocular visual function examinations, and NCS.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

符合入选标准的受试者如果满足下列标准的任何一项均将被排除。
1)患有器质性眼病；
2)既往眼部手术史；
3)伴有垂直斜视；
4)中枢神经系统疾病史及全身疾病史；
5)MRI检查禁忌症（心脏起搏器、体内治疗性或意外存在的可磁化金属或假体、既往头部或脊柱外伤需要神经外科手术等）；
6)幽闭恐惧症。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects who meet the inclusion criteria will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria.
1)Have organic eye disease;
2)Previous eye surgery history;
3)Accompanied by vertical strabismus;
4)History of diseases of central nervous system and whole body;
5)Contraindication for MRI examination (treatable or accidental magnetizable metal in cardiac pacemaker or prosthesis or previous head or spinal trauma requiring neurosurgery, etc.);
6)Claustrophobia.
