研究目的：

本研究拟观察穴位埋线是否可改善糖尿病患者术后胰岛素抵抗及术后恶心呕吐，为维持糖尿病全麻患者围术期血糖稳定及防治术后恶心呕吐提供一种安全、有效、性价比高的中医疗法。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to observe whether Catgut Embedding at acupoints can improve insulin resistance and nausea and vomiting in diabetic patients after operation, and to provide a safe, effective and cost-effective traditional Chinese medicine therapy for maintaining blood sugar stability and preventing nausea and vomiting after operation in diabetic patients under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

患者拒绝，埋线部位有感染，肝肾功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

The patient refused. The catgut embedding site had infection and liver and kidney dysfunction.
