研究目的：

肿瘤基因突变测序数据分析软件可以对 Illumina 平台基因测序仪产生的测序原始数据文件进行分析。本次临床试验肿瘤基因突变测序数据分析软件配套“人肺癌多基因突变联合检测试剂盒（杂交捕获测序法）进行临床试验，对配套试剂盒的测序数据文件进行分析，分析结果与已上市其他方法检测结果进行等效性试验评价分析，考察待评价产品的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The software can analyze the original data files generated by Illumina. This clinical trial tumor gene mutation sequencing data analysis software "human lung Clinical trials were conducted on the cancer multi-gene mutation combined detection kit (hybridization capture and sequencing method). The sequencing data files of the supporting kit were analyzed, and the analysis results were evaluated and analyzed with the test results of other methods on the market, so as to investigate the effectiveness and safety of the products to be evaluated.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 样本采集后保存时间在入组时超过24个月；
（2） 组织样本不能满足检测要求者（如蜡块样本不够、蜡块丢失等）；
（3） 同一病例重复采样；
（4） 超出例数（竞争入组）；
（5） 样本信息不全、不规范。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) At the time of enrollment, samples must a minimum of 24 months of retention time;
(2) tissue samples cannot meet the requirements of detection (for example, insufficient samples of paraffin blocks, loss of paraffin blocks, etc.);
(3) repeated sampling of the same case;
(4) the number of cases exceeded (competition for enrollment);
(5) incomplete and non-standard sample information.

本次临床试验主要选取经病理诊断为非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的患者作为入选病例，本次临床试验待评价产品与其配套试剂盒共同实施临床试验，本次临床试验为待评价产品对配套试剂盒检测后的测序数据进行分析。按照样本量计算结果，预计至少所需受试者数量约为207 例。
