研究目的：

本研究预探索氧化三甲胺联合短链脂肪酸对心力衰竭患者预后的预测价值，并评估微生态制剂干预心衰患者肠道微生态的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

This study preliminarily explored the predictive value of trimethylamine combined with short-chain fatty acids in the prognosis of patients with heart failure, and evaluated the clinical efficacy of microecological interventions in the intervention of intestinal microecology in patients with heart failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对微生态制剂过敏者；
2.严重肝功能不全：谷丙转氨酶高于正常上限3倍
3.严重肾功能不全：内生肌酐清除率≤60ml/min；
4.血液系统疾病或者出血高危者；
5.合并严重感染；
6.合并恶性肿瘤者；
7.妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are allergic to microecological preparations;
2. Severe liver dysfunction, alanine aminotransferase is 3 times higher than the upper limit of normal;
3. Severe renal insufficiency: endogenous creatinine clearance rate <=60 ml/min;
4. Patients with high blood system diseases or bleeding;
5. Combine serious infections;
6. Patients with malignant tumors;
7. Pregnant women.
