研究目的：

本次课题将首次采取无创性的 40Hz 恒定声音刺激应用于颅脑损伤昏迷患者的促醒治疗，提高昏迷患者的苏醒率。  

Objectives of Study：

This project will be the first to adopt a non-invasive 40Hz constant sound stimulation for the wake-up treatment of patients with brain injury in coma, and to improve the recovery rate of comatose patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）既往有脑梗塞、冠也病、糖尿病，慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肝肾功能衰竭等严重基础疾病者；
（2）病例资料不全，中途放弃治疗者；
（3）观察及治疗期间患者严重生命体征乱、不可逆的脑干损害、呼吸循环功能衰竭及严重并发症如高热、感染等。
（4）既往病史中无中枢神经系统及脑血管等脏器严重疾患。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe basal diseases such as cerebral infarction, crown disease, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, liver and kidney failure;
2. incomplete patient data, abandon treatment in the middle;
3. serious patients during observation and treatment Vital signs, irreversible brain stem damage, respiratory and circulatory failure, and serious complications such as high fever and infection;
4. Withserious diseases of the central nervous system and cerebrovascular diseases in the past medical history.
