研究目的：

探究视频喉镜下气管插管的最佳导管塑型，从而提高气管插管一次性成功率，降低患者相关并发症发生风险，以期为临床视频喉镜使用及教学提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the best tube shape of endotracheal intubation under video laryngoscope, so as to improve the one-time success rate of endotracheal intubation and reduce the risk of related complications of patients, in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical video laryngoscope use and teaching.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）清醒气管插管；
（2）气管受压；
（3）门齿外凸，牙齿松动，巨舌；
（4）Mallampati分级>II级；
（5）张口度<3cm，甲颏距离<6.5cm，颈部后仰<80°。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Conscious tracheal intubation;
(2) Trachea compression;
(3) Portal teeth convex outward, loose teeth, giant tongue;
(4) Mallampati classification>grade II;
(5) Mouth opening < 3 cm, thyroid cartilage-chin distance < 6.5 cm, neck backward < 80 degrees.
