研究目的:

目前国内外一些机构对抗凝用于治疗吡咯烷生物碱造成肝窦阻塞综合征进行了一些临床研究,并证实其临床疗效;然后到目前为止尚未见报道:单独运用肝素治疗吡咯烷生物碱造成肝窦阻塞综合征;我们的研究旨在探索肝素对吡咯烷生物碱造成肝窦阻塞综合征的临床疗效,这将为吡咯烷生物碱造成肝窦阻塞综合征的治疗提供新的选择。  

Objectives of Study:

some domestic and foreign institutions have performed the researches on the use of heparin in the treatment of pyrrolidine alkaloids-induced hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome, and demonstrated its beneficial effect. However, the effect of heparin on pyrrolidine alkaloids-induced hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome have not determined until now. Thus, the aim of our study is to explore the effect of heparin on pyrrolidine alkaloids-induced hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome, which provide a new therapeutic strategy for pyrrolidine alkaloids-induced hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)合并活动性出血、凝血系统疾病(如血友病、再障等)
(2)有出血倾向:不能控制的严重高血压、颅内高压、视网膜血管性病变、消化性溃疡活动期等
(3)PT延长>10 s
(4)对肝素、低分子肝素及其衍生物过敏
(5)既往有与低分子肝素使用相关的血小板减少病史者
(6)严重肾功能不全者
(7)儿童、孕妇
(8)短期内手术病史

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with active bleeding or coagulation system-related disease (such as haemophilia,aplastic anemia, etc);
2. Patients with a bleeding tendency: uncontrollable severe hypertension, intracranial hypertension, retinal vascular diseases, peptic ulcer in the active period,etc;
3. Prolonged prothrombin time ( PT) >10 s;
4. Allergy to low molecular weight heparin and its derivatives;
5. Previous medical history of thrombocytopenia associated with the use of low molecular weight heparin;
6. Severe renal dysfunction;
7. Children or pregnant woman;
8. Having a history of surgical operation in short term.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

Word,Excel和JPEG格式保存。采用完全随机设计多个总体均数样本量估计进行计算,每个组起码有30例的病人,共60例。
