研究目的：

通过临床结合基础研究观察右美托咪定复合酒石酸布托啡诺对颅内血肿清除患者围术期炎症和氧化应激反应以及神经功能恢复的影响，为围术期颅内血肿清除术患者麻醉用药和神经保护提供临床用药参考  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of dexmedetomidine combined with butorphanol tartrate on perioperative inflammation, oxidative stress response and neurological function recovery in patients undergoing intracranial hematoma clearance, and to provide clinical medication reference for anesthesia and neuroprotection in patients undergoing perioperative intracranial hematoma clearance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.凝血功能异常者；
2.明确动脉瘤或动脉畸形致血肿者；
3.既往有药物过敏史者；
4.酒精、阿片类或安定类药物成瘾者；
5.合并其他严重疾病者，如严重高血压及心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、精神障碍及血糖控制不佳的糖尿病患者；
6.肝肾功能不全者 ；
7.长期使用阿片类药物病史者；
8.已处于脑疝晚期或脑死亡者；
9.伤前有感染者；
10.妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with abnormal coagulation function;
2. Haematoma caused by aneurysm or malformation was identified;
3. People with a history of drug allergy in the past;
4. Alcohol, opioid or tranquilizer addicts;
5. Patients with other serious diseases, such as severe hypertension and cardiovascular diseases, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, mental disorders and diabetes mellitus with poor blood sugar control;
6. Liver and kidney dysfunction;
7. Long-term history of opioid use;
8. Late stage of brain hernia or brain death;
9. Infected persons before injury;
10. Women in pregnancy.
