研究目的：

本研究评估传统即刻种植与根膜技术即刻种植牙术后临床美学结果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was to assess the esthetic and clinical outcomes of immediate implantation using the conventional flap-less approach and the Socket-Shield Technique (SST).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 系统性疾病史（控制良好的糖尿病除外）；
2. 近期传染病或30日内手术治疗；
3. 吸烟者（每天≥10支）；
4. 怀孕或哺乳；
5. 使用影响牙周愈合的常规药物（如苯妥英钠、二氢吡啶、钙拮抗剂、环孢素）或华法林、氯吡格雷、噻氯平、阿司匹林抗凝治疗的患者；
6. 拔牙后唇壁不完整，颊骨垂直缺损>4mm；
7. 手术区周围有病变；
8. 严重精神障碍或不合作的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of systemic disease (excluding well-controlled diabetes);
2. Recent infectious diseases or surgical treatment within 30 days;
3. Smokers (>=10 cigarettes a day);
4. Pregnancy or lactation;
5. Patients on regular medications affecting periodontal healing (e.g. phenytoin, dihydropyridines, calcium antagonists, cyclosporine) or anticoagulant therapy with warfarin, clopidogrel, ticlopine, aspirin;
6. Incomplete labial wall, vertical buccal bone defects > 4 mm after tooth extraction;
7. Presence of pathological lesions around the surgical area.

本研究获得西安交通大学第一附属医院机构审查委员会的批准号（2016188），根据纳入排除标准共选入30名患者，采用随机数表法分为A实验组行“根膜技术”（n=15）和B对照组行I型即刻种植（n=15）。

The treatment plan and related consequences were explained to each patient and informed consent was obtained in writing from all participants. Selected patients (n=30) were randomly allocated to two equal groups for modified immediate implant with SST (SST group, n = 15) and conventional flap-less immediate implant
