研究目的：

1.调查肺癌化疗患者的认知水平、感知控制能力与生活质量的现状及其相关关系; 2.探讨运用图式教育对认知水平低下的肺癌化疗患者感知控制能力和生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the cognitive level, perceived control and quality of life of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy; 2. To explore the effect of schema education on the perceived control ability and quality of life of patients with low cognitive levels undergoing chemotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)意识不清或无法配合者；
(2)严重的造血系统疾病，如凝血功能障碍等；
(3)合并肺结核、难以控制的感染和代谢性疾病；
(4)未按规定接受治疗，无法判断疗效者；
(5)心衰、肝、肾功能不全，血液病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who are unconscious or unable to cooperate;
(2) Severe hematopoietic diseases, such as coagulopathy;
(3) Combined with tuberculosis, uncontrollable infections and metabolic diseases;
(4) Those who are not treated according to the plan and cannot judge the curative effect;
(5) With heart failure, liver, renal insufficiency, blood disease.

按认知水平得分，将处于认知水平低下（认知水平低下指MMSE评分文盲<17分、小学<20分、中学或以上<24分，MOCA评分小于27分）的病人采用随机分组法，按入院先后顺序交替分入干预组和对照组
