研究目的：

Nd：YAG激光和Er：YAG激光作为一种辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的手段，广泛应用于临床中。本研究是比较Nd：YAG激光和Er：YAG激光作为辅助治疗手段，在慢性牙周炎非手术治疗中临床参数及微生物学变化的结果。  

Objectives of Study：

Nd:YAG laser and Er:YAG laser are widely used in the clinic as a means of adjuvant treatment of chronic periodontitis.This study compared the clinical parameters and microbiological changes in non-surgical treatment of chronic periodontitis with Nd:YAG laser and Er:YAG laser as adjuvant therapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

妊娠或哺乳期的女性
不良习惯，如吸烟和/或饮酒
最近3个月内使用抗生素，类固醇或抗炎药物
最近6个月内有相关牙周治疗
患有可能影响牙周炎进展的全身性疾病，如糖尿病，心血管疾病或血液病

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women;
2. Bad habits such as smoking and/or drinking;
3. Use antibiotics, steroids or anti-inflammatory drugs in the last 3 months;
4. Relevant periodontal treatment in the last 6 months;
5. Suffering from systemic diseases that may affect the progression of periodontitis, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease or blood diseases.
