研究目的：

（1）构建缺血性脑卒中后大尺度脑网络动态功能连接变化模式。 （2）基于大尺度脑网络动态功能连接变化模式，探索对患者运动和认知功能恢复有利的功能连接形式和激活模式，为临床康复治疗计划的制定提供新的视角，改善预后。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To construct a dynamic functional connectivity model of large-scale brain network after ischemic stroke. (2) Based on the dynamic functional connectivity change model of large-scale brain network, exploring the functional connectivity and activation patterns that are beneficial to the recovery of motor and cognitive functions of patients, and provide a new perspective for the formulation of clinical rehabilitation treatment plans and improve the prognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有明显的脑白质稀疏患者：Fazekas 评分>1；
2. 既往有严重的中枢神经系统损伤病史（如颅脑外伤、手术史等）；
3. 伴有其它颅脑病变（如颅内动脉瘤、肿瘤、出血等）；
4. 有药物依赖或精神病史；
5. MRI禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Obvious leukoaraiosis patients: Fazekas score > 1;
2. History of severe central nervous system injury (such as craniocerebral trauma, surgical history, etc.);
3. Other craniocerebral lesions (such as intracranial aneurysms, tumors, hemorrhage, etc.); and
4. Drug dependence or a history of mental illness.
5. Contraindication on MRI.
