研究目的：

运用磁共振功能成像技术-磁共振脑灌注技术及磁共振氧张量测量技术，研究糖尿病眼病不同分期的患者视网膜氧张量变化与脑灌注参数变化之间的关系，揭示糖尿病视网膜毛细血管损伤与糖尿病脑病毛细血管损伤程度的相关性，探讨磁共振功能成像在早期发现糖尿病脑病及损伤程度的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Using magnetic resonance imaging technology - magnetic resonance cerebral perfusion and oxygen tensor mri measurement technology, study of diabetic eye disease in patients with different stages of retinal oxygen tensor and cerebral perfusion parameter changes of the relationship between diabetic retinal capillary injury and diabetes encephalopathy capillary damage degree of relevance, to explore magnetic resonance imaging in early detection of diabetes encephalopathy and the value of damage degree.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除高血压、肺心病、糖尿病急性并发症、急性感染性疾病、原发性肾病以及甲状腺功能亢进症、心力衰竭、肿瘤等其他重大疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude hypertension, pulmonary heart disease, acute complications of diabetes, acute infectious diseases, primary nephropathy, hyperthyroidism, heart failure, tumor and other major diseases
