研究目的：

本实验目的在于应用三维运动学分析方法并结合表面肌电描记术来研究正常人和脑卒中偏瘫患者在够取动作中的上肢运动学特点和相关肌肉表面肌电特点，通过对不同模态数据的分析在康复训练中实现客观量化的上肢功能评价。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of our research is to collect participant's arm motion and corresponding muscle activities by a six-camera optical motion tracking system and EMG sensors synchronously, then to identify motor deficits in post-stroke hemiparetic patients,as well as evaluate the effectiveness of treatment methods.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）既往有运动功能障碍或并发其他严重脏器疾病及语言、视觉障碍、精神障碍等；
（2）病历资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with previous motor dysfunction or other serious organ diseases and language, visual impairment, mental disorders, etc.;
2. The medical record information is incomplete.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集用病历记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)， 并双录入EXCEL建立数据库， 由专人核对数据及校验，每两周检查一次数据库，保证数据的完整、真实、安全。
