1、探讨伏立康唑稳定谷浓度与儿童临床疗效及不良反应的关系； 2、探讨影响儿童伏立康唑谷浓度的因素； 3、探究CYP2C19基因多态性对亚洲儿童伏立康唑代谢的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(i) To investigate the relationship between steady-state voriconazole trough concentration and clinical response and adverse reactions; (ii) To explore the affecting factors on voriconazole trough concentrations; (iii) To study the impact of CYP2C19 genetic polymorphism on voriconazole metabolism in Asian children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

伏立康唑治疗药物监测数据来源于门诊；年龄12-14岁但体重≥50 kg；病历信息不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

The source of voriconazole TDM blood sampling was from the outpatient department, incomplete medical record information and body weight of >= 50 kg when patients aged 12 to 14 years.
