研究目的：

食道异物是指由于饮食不慎如误吞枣核、骨头或假牙等造成异物停留或嵌顿于食管，若不及时取出则容易造成出血、脓肿等不良后果，甚至危及生命。内镜技术目前已取得良好的临床效果，但其主要缺陷在于可操作空间小，视野模糊，增加了钳夹取出的难度，亦降低了安全系数，部分困难异物在钳取过程中有出现异物嵌入更深，严重者则可能导致化脓感染，更有甚者出现大出血，使病情恶化。随着内镜技术的发展， NOTES技术应用范围也越来越广。避免患者外科手术，降低手术风险，减轻患者痛苦，降低住院费用，减少死亡率。  

Objectives of Study：

Foreign body in the esophagus refers to the foreign body staying in the esophagus due to inadvertent eating, such as accidental swallowing of the nucleus, bone or denture. If it is not taken out in time, it will easily cause bleeding, abscess and other adverse consequences, and even life-threatening. Endoscopic technology has achieved good clinical results, but its main drawback is that it has small operational space and blurred vision, which increases the difficulty of removing the clamp and reduces the safety factor. Some foreign objects have foreign matter embedded during the clamping process. Deeper, severe cases may lead to purulent infections, and even worse, the bleeding worsens. With the development of endoscopic technology, the scope of application of NOTES technology is also becoming wider and wider. Avoid patient surgery, reduce the risk of surgery, reduce patient suffering, reduce hospitalization costs, and reduce mortality.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在严重心肺疾病，不适合内镜检查；
2. 已出现严重的并发症；
3. 术前排除糖尿病、凝血功能障碍等基础疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are serious cardiopulmonary diseases, not suitable for endoscopy;
2. Serious complications have occurred;
3. Pre-exclusion of basic diseases such as diabetes and coagulopathy.
