研究目的：

建立急性高原病患者数据库资料；描述急性高原病的人口学资料、发病症状、相关体征、动态心电血压、静息及负荷心脏超声、人体成分分析、实验室检查和检验，并探寻其相关关系；探索急进高原相关疾病的预防、预警、早期诊断等关键指标的评价体系

Objectives of Study：

To build a database of AMS patients, find the chracters of demography, clinical syndrome, ambulatory ECG, ambulatory blood pressure, resting and stress echocardiography, body composition analyse and lab test of AMS, establish an evaluating system to alert, prevent and diagnose high altitude related diseases at early stage.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

近期(6月内）高原暴露史，有心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病，有精神、神经系统疾病患者，依从性差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. High altitude exposure history within past 6 months;
2. Patients with cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, psychological or neurological disorder;
3. Patients with bad comp1iance.
