研究目的：

采用双中心安慰剂对照随机临床研究观察耳针对偏头痛患者疼痛发生的短期及长期影响。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the short- and long-term effects of auricular acupuncture compared with sham auricular acupuncture for migraine prophylaxis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将108例受试者均分为2组，A组（耳针组）和B组（假针组）。其中，B组选取和A组相同的治疗方案，在操作时，将清铃揿针改为同样大小的清铃假揿针，进行粘附。 1）取穴：甲方案（神门、交感、皮质下）与乙方案（内分泌、肝、肾）交替使用，每次仅单侧刺激，即左耳仅使用甲方案，右耳仅使用乙方案； 2）体位：患者取坐位，将疼痛侧耳朵完全暴露，皮肤常规消毒。 3）操作：采用0.2mm×0.6mm清铃揿针（日本SEIRIN株式会社），从塑料容器中取出揿针，用拇指和食指夹紧其中一半剥离纸和胶布，除去另一半剥离纸，将针直接应用在已消毒的皮肤上，按压粘附扎好，除去剥离纸，将胶布压好以确保粘附稳妥。埋针24小时，埋针期间每天按压3-4次，每次约1min，以患者耐受为度。24小时后，撕去所有揿针。 4）疗程：入组后，参与者需经过4周的空白观察后，方可进入正式治疗。治疗期间，每3天一次，连续治疗9次，共计27天。后续随访20周，共计28周。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This is a 28-week randomized clinical trial (4 week of recording data bases and 4 weeks of treatment followed by 20 weeks of follow-up). A total of 108 participants, 18 to 65 years old with migraine without aura based on the criteria of the International Headache Society, will be recruited and randomized into two groups equally, Group A (the verum auricular acupuncture group) and Group B (the sham-auricular acupuncture group). Two three-auricular-acupoint regimens are selected, TF4, AH6, AT4 and CO18, CO20, CO10. All participants will receive treatment once in three days for a total of 9 sessions by applying three-auricular-acupoint regimens alternatively. The true press needles will be applied for Group A and the placebo ones for Group B.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 器质性病变引起的头痛(如蛛网膜下腔出血、脑出血、脑栓塞、脑血栓、血管畸形、动脉炎、高血压、动脉硬化)；
2) 有过敏史的参与者，特别是对金属和胶带过敏者；
3) 孕妇、哺乳期妇女或处于月经周期的经期者；
4) 无法沟通者；
5) 参加了其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1) headache caused by organic disorders (eg, subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral embolism, cerebral thrombosis, vascular malformation, arteritis, hypertension, or arteriosclerosis);
2) participants with allergy history, especially to metal and tape;
3) participants who are pregnant, lactating women, or in the menstruating phase of the menstrual cycle;
4) participants with inability to communicate;
5) participants participating in another clinical trial that could interfere with the primary endpoint of the study.
