研究目的：

和肥胖对照组相比，电针治疗可以改变肥胖女性脑功能活动及饮食行为，同时达到减肥效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with the obese control group, electroacupuncture treatment can change the brain function activity and eating behavior in obese women, and achieve the effect of weight loss.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有抑郁症和焦虑症。
2. 对烟酒或其他药物成瘾。
3. 正在服用影响体重的药物如降脂药等。
4. 在过去的一年内接受过减肥治疗。
5. 怀孕或哺乳期。
6. 影响到正常生活和工作的身体疾病或智力障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have depression and anxiety.
2. Addiction to alcohol, tobacco, and/or substances of abuse.
3. Under medications that affect body weight, such as lipid-lowering medications.
4. Accept any obesity treatment during the past year.
5. Pregnant or lactating women.
6. Serious physical and neurological disease or intellectual disability that affect daily life or work.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用病例记录表CRF采集数据，ResMan的电子采集管理系统（EDC）管理数据。一名数据管理员负责录入，另一名负责监督审查，数据无误后锁定，最后将所有数据发给数据统分析人员。并负责相关研究人员的答疑。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

CRF was used to collect data, and ResMan's electronic collection management system (EDC) was used to manage data. One data manager is responsible for input data, the other one is responsible for supervision and review, the data is locked after no error, and finally all the data are sent to data system analysts. And responsible for the relevant researchers answer questions.
