研究目的：

研究副干酪乳杆菌LcS对抑郁人群的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of LcS on stool consistency of depressed patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 研究开始前30天内服用过抗生素或抗真菌类药物；
2. 研究开始前30天内服用过泻药；
3. 研究者不确定受试者是否能按照要求完成实验；
4. 牛奶过敏者、乳糖不耐、器质性或神经性便秘；
5. 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
6. 两周内开始服用抗抑郁药物；
7. 入组前两个月参与过其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Use of systemic antibiotics or antimycotics medication in the 30 days prior to the study.
2. Use of antidiarrheal or laxative medication in the 30 days prior to the study.
3. Investigator's uncertainty about the willingness or ability of subject to comply with the protocol requirements.
4. Persons with a milk protein allergy, lactose intolerance, or constipation of organic or neurological origin.
5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
6. Start using antidepressants within two weeks.
7. Participation in any other studies within two months prior to entry into the study.

随机化由冯博士团队完成。 随机化按是否服用抗抑郁药物分层。在每个阶层中，患者被随机分配到实验组和安慰剂组（1：1），每组25人。根据随机化代码预先包装产品。受试者、临床医生和分析人员对每个受试者的分组均不了解。

The randomization sequence was performed by Dr. Guoshuang Feng’s team . The codes were kept in sealed opaque envelopes allocated to patients according to strata. Each pack was assigned a number according to the randomization sequence.
