研究目的：

To investigate if exercise can improve the sarcopenia/ bone remodeling in CKD patients.  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate if exercise can improve the sarcopenia/ bone remodeling in CKD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

the participants of the subjects: we will enroll 3 groups of participants: group a: 80 patients under maintenance dialysis for more than months; group b: 80 participants with chronic kidney disease (eGFR <60ml/min or proteinuria more than 200mg/g)c. control gourp (n=40), with eGFR >60ml/min.The dialysis group and CKD group will be divided into into 2 subgroups: group with regular medical care(non-exercise group) and group with exercise plus regular medical care( exercise group).  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

the participants of the subjects: we will enroll 3 groups of participants: group a: 80 patients under maintenance dialysis for more than months; group b: 80 participants with chronic kidney disease (eGFR <60ml/min or proteinuria more than 200mg/g)c. control gourp (n=40), with eGFR >60ml/min.The dialysis group and CKD group will be divided into into 2 subgroups: group with regular medical care(non-exercise group) and group with exercise plus regular medical care( exercise group).

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

We will exclude those with unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction within 6 months, severe anemia (Hb <10g/dL), systolic hypertension >190mmHg, active inflammation/infection, malignancy, autoimmune diseases, emotional instability, musculoskeletal disability, poorly controlled blood glucose or parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels, uncontrolled cardiac failure or respiratory problems, prior month hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria：
