研究目的：

（1）利用功能电刺激激活远端的感觉受体，兴奋中枢神经系统的中央后回； （2）利用任务性训练兴奋中央前回，从而兴奋皮质脊髓束达到功能重建的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) activate distal sensory receptors by functional electrical stimulation to stimulate the central posterior gyrus of the central nervous system; (2) tasky training can be used to excite the anterior central gyrus, thereby stimulating the corticospinal tract to achieve the purpose of functional reconstruction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并性老年痴呆，或者认知功能障碍很严重，情感功能障碍很严重的；
（2）急性心肌梗死，不稳定型心绞痛发作；
（3）严重肝肺肾功能不全等需要严格限制活动的患者；既往周围神经病史；听理解障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) complicated senile dementia, or cognitive dysfunction is very serious, emotional dysfunction is very serious;
(2) acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina attack;
(3) serious liver and lung renal insufficiency needs to be strictly restricted activities of patients;Previous history of peripheral nerves;Difficulty in listening and understanding.
