研究目的：

项目旨在验证基于肌肉链理论的运动疗法的可行性，以及其疗效验证，为改善脑卒中患者步行能力的治疗提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to verify the feasibility and efficacy of exercise therapy based on muscle chain theory, and to provide new ideas for improving the walking ability of stroke patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重内科系统疾病。
2.有出血倾向。
3.严重感染。
4.肢体严重关节挛缩。
5.不能配合治疗。
6.有认知障碍及精神症状。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe internal diseases;
2. Bleeding tendency;
3. Severe infection;
4. Severe limb joint contracture;
5. Inability to cooperate with treatment;
6. Cognitive impairment and psychiatric symptoms.
