Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of nifekalan hydrochloride injection in treating patients with electric storm

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

QT间期延长的多形性室速以及用药前QTc间期超过500ms的患者；出现尖端扭转型室速（Tdp）的患者；Brugada综合征患者；传导功能障碍的患者；肥厚型心肌病（HCM）患者；孕妇或哺乳期妇女；其他研究者认为的不适合参加研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with prolonged QT interval pleomorphic ventricular velocity and QTc interval exceeding 500ms before administration; Patients with torsional ventricular velocity at the tip (Tdp); Brugada syndrome; Patients with conduction dysfunction; Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM); Pregnant or lactating women; Patients who were considered unfit for the study by other researchers.
