研究目的：

观察呼吸机结合物联网对II型呼吸衰竭慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床症状、运动能力、生活质量以及心理状态的整体疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the overall effect of ventilator combined with Internet of Things on clinical symptoms, exercise capacity, quality of life and mental state of patients with type II respiratory failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、检查证实由结核、真菌、肿瘤、刺激性气体过敏等因素所致的慢性咳嗽；
2、可造成气喘或呼吸困难的其他呼吸系统疾病患者；
3、妊娠或哺乳期妇女、对本药过敏者；
4、合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、糖尿病、精神病患者；
5、并发严重心功能不全者；
6、接受其他疾病药物治疗的患者；
7、含有影响疗效观察因素者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Checking for chronic cough caused by factors such as tuberculosis, fungi, tumors, irritating gas allergies, etc.;
2. Patients with other respiratory diseases that may cause asthma or difficulty breathing;
3. Pregnant or lactating women, allergic to the drug;
4. Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, diabetes, and mental patients;
5. Complicated by severe cardiac dysfunction;
6. Patients who are treated with other diseases;
7. Containing factors affecting the observation of efficacy.
