Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of cervical functional exercise on pain, cervical function and psychosomatic function in patients undergoing anterior cervical fusion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①颈椎骨折；
②严重精神疾病等不配合治疗者；
③既往有颈椎手术史者；
④严重心脑血管疾病患者；
⑤严重骨质疏松者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cervical vertebra fracture;
(2) Severe mental illness and other non-compliant treatment;
(3) Cervical vertebra surgery history;
(4) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease patients;
(5) Severe osteoporosis patients

我们使用Excel软件产生60个随机数字，我们将根据受试者参与本研究的顺序进行编号，每个编号对应一个随机数字，我们将对应的随机数字除以分组数2，能被整除的术后进入康复组，不能被整除的术后进入对照组。
