探讨振动训练治疗脑卒中患者肢体痉挛后伴随运动功能障碍的临床疗效，并制定振动训练康复方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of vibration training on motor dysfunction after limb spasm in stroke patients, and to find the protocol of vibration training.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

近期有溶栓适应指征或已经溶栓的,或有下列情况之一者: 有意识、精神、智能障碍病史（包括痴呆、聋、哑病史）；合并严重骨关节疾病；关节挛缩和/或强直；合并患肢失认失用；合并帕金森综合征；癫痫；水电解质紊乱；装有心脏起搏器；严重营养不良；严重心肺系统疾病,呼吸功能衰竭；活动性肝病,肝肾功能不全；充血性心力衰竭；恶性进行性高血压；不配合治疗者；外地无法随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

Recent indications of thrombolysis adaptation or thrombolysis, or one of the following conditions: a history of conscious, mental, and intellectual disorders (including a history of dementia, deafness, and mutism); Combined with serious bone and joint diseases; Joint contracture and/or rigidity; Combined with limb apraxia;Parkinson's syndrome; Epilepsy; Water and electrolyte disturbance; Equipped with a pacemaker; Severe malnutrition; Severe cardiopulmonary disease, respiratory failure; Active liver disease, hepatorenal insufficiency; Congestive heart failure; Malignant progressive hypertension; Not cooperating with treatment; Out-of-town visitors are unavailable.
